Ken Lowry took his 10 years of industry experience and established Custom Blinds & Window Treatments, Inc. in 2001. Since the opening of the company, Ken has established a large clientele and has expanded his business. Ken is a member of the US Chamber of Commerce, selected by the State of Virginia to represent the state in the new Presidential Business Commission, and Ken is recognized for his outstanding Sales Achievement.

With 20 years of experience in the sales and office administration, Carrie is responsible for coordinating sales, installations, estimates, and the overall office operations for the company. She also performs a variety of other such as following up with clients, vendors, and maintains financials and reports for the company. Carrie holds a honorary degree from the University of Toledo.

With 30 years of home repair and remodeling, Mike is responsible for the quality control of the installations of flooring, window treatments, and painting services for the company.
